Holiday Spirit Week

CLARIFICATION: Tomorrow, Thursday, December 4, MSD of Shakamak will be on a two-hour delay. The combination of icy backroads, freezing overnight temperatures, and lingering weather concerns makes this the safest option for morning travel.
We will check conditions again early in the morning to be sure a delayed start is still appropriate. You will only receive another update if we need to shift to a synchronous eLearning day.

We will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, December 3. This decision is due to icy road conditions, continued freezing temperatures, and the potential for freezing fog overnight. We will reassess early to ensure we can safely operate on the delayed schedule. We will only send an update if a shift to an eLearning day is necessary. Please stay safe and warm and use caution.

Due to icy conditions on several county roads, MSD of Shakamak will shift to a synchronous eLearning day. Students should log in and follow their established synchronous learning schedules. Please stay safe.

We will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow morning, December 2, due to weather precautions.
This delay provides additional time for daylight, continued road assessments across both Greene and Clay counties, and safer travel for our students and staff.
We will monitor conditions throughout the evening and morning will communicate any necessary updates as soon as possible.
