Here are a few tips on keeping yourself and those around you healthy throughout the year.
Always wash your hands after using the restroom and before you eat.
Cover your cough with a tissue or your sleeve, not your hand. If you sneeze or cough in your hands you need to wash them.
Stay home if you are sick. This means if you've thrown up, had diarrhea or a fever in the past day you need to stay home until this has passed.
If you have strep throat you need to stay home until you've been on your antibiotics for 24 hours.
Don't eat or drink after anyone else. Sharing food and drinks at lunch is sharing germs at lunch.
